Hello! I'm Olivia Sweet, a DONA International-trained Postpartum Doula dedicated to supporting new families in San Luis Obispo County and the surrounding areas.

Originally from Ventura, I made the beautiful Central Coast my home in the fall of 2020, falling in love with the community and natural beauty of San Luis Obispo. My academic background in Kinesiology and Public Health at California Polytechnic State University has equipped me with a strong understanding of the physical and emotional changes that occur in the body during and after childbirth. This knowledge, combined with my DONA training, allows me to offer evidence-based, nurturing support to new parents.

I believe in honoring the full spectrum of postpartum experiences. This includes supporting families through diverse journeys, from traditional births to adoption, surrogacy, and the complex experiences surrounding pregnancy loss or termination. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where all families feel seen, heard, empowered, and supported.
